Where your data lives
Everything is hosted in the EU. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train anything.
Export whenever you want
Fixtures, availability, attendance and members can be exported at any time, in full. There's no lock-in and no scramble if a committee ever decides to leave.
What we collect
The minimum to run a club: names, contact details, availability and the schedule. Video is stored with a specialist provider and metered by usage; we hold only the metadata.
Minors
Records relating to under-18s carry extra protection: access is logged, and photo/video can be opted out. See our safeguarding summary for detail.
